Role Description
The US IT Bench Sales – Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for leading the bench sales team, driving placements of IT consultants on contract and full-time opportunities in the US market, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new requirements from vendors and clients, marketing available consultants through calls, emails, and online platforms,



and negotiating rates and terms in line with company policies. The Team Lead will mentor and guide junior bench sales recruiters, track daily and weekly performance metrics, and ensure compliance with US staffing processes and documentation standards. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and vendors, expanding the vendor network, and coordinating closely with internal recruitment and management teams to meet revenue and placement targets.

Qualifications
- Solid experience in US IT Bench Sales, including marketing consultants, working with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients, and closing deals in the US staffing domain.
- Proficiency in lead generation and business development for US staffing, including using job portals, social media, networking, and existing vendor relationships.
