Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced
US IT Recruiter
with 1–6 years of hands-on experience working
exclusively with direct clients
on
Core IT requirements
. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in full-cycle US IT recruitment and a solid understanding of the US staffing market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for
US IT positions
using direct client requirements
- Work on
Core IT roles
such as Developers, Engineers, Architects, Analysts, and Administrators
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing methods
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with clients and candidates
- Manage candidate documentation, rate negotiation, and onboarding processes




- Ensure compliance with US staffing guidelines and recruitment best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–6 years of experience in
US IT recruitment
- Proven experience working
only with direct clients
- Strong knowledge of
Core IT technologies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
- Strong understanding of US visa types and employment terms
