Someone who lives and breathes Instagram, understands content psychology, studies creators for fun, and naturally notices why one Reel gets 10,000 views while another gets 10 million.

About the Role

You'll help build a personal brand from the ground up.

This role goes far beyond posting content. You'll be responsible for strategy, creative direction, editing, shoot planning, audience engagement, and helping shape the overall identity of the brand across Instagram and YouTube.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks creatively, solves problems proactively, and genuinely enjoys building something meaningful.

Your Responsibilities Content Strategy




- Plan monthly Instagram content calendars.
- Research trends before they become mainstream.
- Audit content performance and identify what works (and what doesn't).
- Develop fresh content ideas and viral concepts.
- Build content pillars and long-term growth strategies.
- Stay updated with Instagram algorithm changes and creator trends.

Video Editing
- Edit high-retention Instagram Reels.
- Edit YouTube Shorts and long-form YouTube videos.
- Create engaging hooks, captions, transitions, pacing, and storytelling.
- Adapt editing styles based on different types of content.

Shoot Planning & Creative Direction
- Plan shoot concepts before filming.
- Recommend creative locations, props, outfits, and visual references.
- Direct shoots with confidence and creativity.
- Understand framing, composition, lighting, and storytelling through visuals.
