Responsibilities
- Validate Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom solutions.
- Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Test Salesforce Lightning components, Apex-based functionality, APIs, and integrations.
- Identify, document, and track defects using defect-management tools.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint testing activities.
- Ensure quality of deployments and production releases.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of QA experience with Salesforce applications.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Experience with manual and automation testing.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Components.
- API testing experience using Postman or similar tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Robust SQL/data validation skills.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira.
