About The Role

HR Operations,
Recruitment, and Performance Management
.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations: Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle including onboarding, attendance & payroll, admin-related activities ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory compliance.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage end‑to‑end recruitment by coordinating with hiring managers for manpower planning.
- Performance Management: Enhance employee productivity by conducting daily audits and maintaining evaluation and feedback records.
- Learning & Development: Focus on coaching rather than training as Axis My India has daily PMS culture.

- Hands‑on, action‑oriented individual; not limited to communication but capable of driving initiatives to measurable outcome
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
