Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Plutus Ventures. The role involves identifying potential clients, presenting IT infrastructure solutions, and working closely with internal teams to convert opportunities into successful orders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in corporate and enterprise accounts.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, references, and market research.
- Acquire recent clients for IT infrastructure solutions, including endpoints, IT accessories, and enterprise solutions.

2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision makers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions and services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Work closely with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with clients to close deals and secure purchase orders.

4. Market Intelligence
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Provide feedback to management on new opportunities and market demand.

5. OEM & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with OEMs and distributors for product information, pricing, and solution support.
- Participate in OEM meetings, product trainings, and partner programs.

6. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and opportunities.
- Submit weekly sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all sales opportunities.
