Lodha is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant General Manager MEP to lead Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) execution for premium residential and commercial projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience in managing end-to-end MEP activities while ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end MEP execution for assigned projects.
- Plan, monitor, and control Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, ELV, and Utility services.
- Coordinate with Civil, Architecture, Design, Procurement, QS, Contracts, and Project teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, statutory requirements, and safety protocols.
- Monitor contractor performance, productivity, and resource planning.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution.




- Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
- Monitor budgets, material planning, and project progress.
- Ensure testing, commissioning, snag closure, and handover activities are completed as per standards.
- Liaise with consultants, vendors, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor and lead site MEP teams while driving operational excellence.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 1520 years of experience in MEP execution for large residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects.
- Proven experience in managing multiple high-rise construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical Systems, ELV, STP/WTP, DG, and Utility services.
- Experience in contractor management, project planning, budgeting, and quality control.
- Solid leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
