Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve the company's revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
- Lead and oversee the Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations, Production, Stores, HR, and Accounts departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Drive business development by identifying recent market opportunities, expanding dealer and distributor networks, and strengthening relationships with hospitals, doctors, and key customers.
- Monitor business performance through KPIs, MIS reports, sales forecasts, and financial reports, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Oversee sales operations, pricing strategies, contract negotiations, order execution, and customer relationship management to maximize business growth.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by monitoring installations, after-sales service, complaint resolution, and overall service quality.
- Manage financial performance by controlling budgets, monitoring collections, optimizing costs, and improving overall profitability in coordination with the Finance team.




- Recruit, mentor, and develop department heads and employees while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices across all business functions.
- Represent the organization in strategic meetings, customer visits, exhibitions, dealer conferences, and business negotiations while strengthening the company's market presence and brand reputation.
