We are seeking dynamic and analytical individuals to join our team as a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to understand business needs, analyze data, and identify opportunities for process and performance improvement. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to business operations, data-driven decision-making, and strategic analysis.

Role & responsibilities

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, document, and validate business requirements.

Process Improvement: Review and analyze existing business processes and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.

Data Analysis: Interpret, evaluate & present visualizations to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights for business enhancement.

Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present analytical findings, reports, and dashboards to stakeholders.



Support development of performance scorecards and KPI frameworks.

Reporting & Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, and operational rules to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
- BE/BTech followed by an MBA/PGDM in Business Analytics/Data Analytics from a top B-School.
- Prior work experience is preferable.

Key Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High leadership with ownership, learning agility, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI is a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like setting
