Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our NBFC team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounting operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the finance department in day-to-day activities. Candidates with prior experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and general accounts.
- Process journal entries, vouchers, and accounting adjustments.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.
- Perform daily, monthly, and yearly bank reconciliations.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns and ensure timely compliance.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Handle loan accounting,



EMI reconciliation, interest calculations, and customer ledger reconciliation.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities during audits and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines applicable to NBFCs.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Support budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- CA Inter, CMA, or MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in an NBFC, financial institution, or banking sector.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and accounting sof
