We are looking for an exceptional Head – SEO who can build and scale enterprise-level organic growth strategies while leading the organization's complete SEO function. This is not a conventional SEO role. We are looking for someone who understands how search is evolving beyond traditional ranking factors into AI-powered search ecosystems, Large Language Models (LLMs), entity-based search, semantic search, and Google's latest algorithmic changes.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently owning technical SEO architecture, driving AI-led search optimization, mentoring high-performing teams, and influencing product, engineering, and content teams to achieve measurable business growth.
This role demands an individual who combines deep technical expertise with business acumen and has successfully managed SEO for large-scale websites with millions of pages or high-volume traffic.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise SEO Strategy
- Own and lead the complete SEO roadmap across multiple digital properties.
- Develop long-term organic growth strategies aligned with revenue objectives.
- Build scalable SEO frameworks capable of handling enterprise-level websites.
- Drive SEO as a business function rather than just a marketing channel.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, Content, Analytics, UX, and Marketing teams.
