Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• 6+ years of experience in engagement operations, project management, quality monitoring, compliance, reporting, or data analytics
• Experience reviewing work, coaching junior team members, and supporting team delivery quality
• Experience creating leadership-level reporting, analyses, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience with dashboard development, data modeling/analytics, and report creation. Familiarity with Tableau/Power BI is preferred
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into practical recommendations
• Experience in Assurance-related services, compliance, risk, quality tracking, reporting, data analytics,



or related business operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate within and across cross-functional teams
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment with minimal
supervision

• Awareness of product development concepts, including ideation, testing, and release cycles. Familiarity with Agile methodology is preferred
