Role Description

We are looking for Consultants and Senior Consultants to join our growing Procurement practice in Mumbai.

Working alongside experienced procurement leaders, you will support consulting engagements, strategic sourcing programmes and procurement managed services for leading organisations across India, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and North America.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of procurement and supply chain challenges while developing expertise in sourcing, category management,



supplier management and procurement transformation.

What you will do
- Support procurement consulting engagements across strategic sourcing, category management and procurement transformation
- Execute sourcing activities including RFx development, supplier identification, bid evaluation, commercial analysis and negotiation support
- Support supplier onboarding, contract enablement, supplier performance management and procurement operations
- Analyse procurement data to identify cost reduction opportunities and prepare client-ready reports and presentations
- Build dashboards, KPI reports and procurement analytics to support client decision-making
- Apply procurement methodologies, playbooks and digital tools to improve delivery quality and efficiency
- Work closely with client stakeholders and global Argon & Co teams to deliver successful outcomes
- Contribute to proposals, internal cap
