Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Kitchen Staff role based in Vadodara. The Kitchen Staff member will assist in daily food preparation, including washing, cutting, and handling fresh fruits, and assembling popsicles according to company recipes and standards. Responsibilities include maintaining high hygiene and sanitation levels, operating basic kitchen equipment, managing ingredient stock, and ensuring accurate portioning and labeling. The role also involves supporting quality checks, following food safety protocols,



coordinating with the team to meet production targets, and occasionally interacting with customers or front-of-house staff to address product-related queries.

Qualifications
- Food Preparation and Cooking skills for handling fresh ingredients and following standardized recipes.
- Strong Hygiene and basic food safety knowledge to maintain a clean, compliant kitchen environment.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to work with team members and respond courteously to customer inquiries.
- Ability to follow instructions, work on feet for extended periods, and manage repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a commercial kitchen, café, or food production unit is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends or peak seasons, as required.
