Key Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual and detailed landscape designs.
- Prepare landscape master plans, planting plans, hardscape layouts, and irrigation concepts.
- Prepare presentation drawings, 3D visualizations, and design reports.
- Conduct site analysis including topography, climate, soil, drainage, and existing vegetation.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates.
- Select suitable plant species based on local climate and project requirements.
- Visit project sites for inspections and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors during project execution.
- Ensure designs comply with local development regulations and environmental standards.




- Review shop drawings and provide technical support during construction.

Required Skills
- Strong design and visualization skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of landscape materials, paving, irrigation systems, and planting design.
- Understanding of grading, drainage, and sustainable landscape practices.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in hospital, institutional, township, commercial, or campus projects.
- Knowledge of sustainable design, rainwater harvesting, and native planting.
- Experience with BIM/Revit will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
