Role Description
The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for managing the CEO’s daily schedule, coordinating meetings, and handling calendar and diary management to ensure effective time allocation.



The Executive Assistant will prepare and track expense reports, support travel and logistics, and manage correspondence, presentations, and documentation. Day-to-day tasks include organizing internal and external meetings, maintaining confidential records, and acting as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal teams or external partners. The role also involves anticipating operational needs, prioritizing tasks, and providing proactive executive support to enable the CEO to focus on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong executive administrative assistance and general administrative assistance skills, with experience supporting senior leadership.
- Demonstrated executive support capabilities, including managing priorities, coordinating communications, and handling sensitive information with discretion.
