We're Hiring | B2B Sales & Business Development Executive

Location: Malad West, Mumbai (Work From Office)

Office Address: Beaumonde Co-Op Housing Society, Sunder Nagar Road, Mandlik Nagar, Sunder Nagar, Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Working Hours: 6 days a week with 1 weekly off | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Sales (Mandatory)

Compensation: Up to ₹12 LPA (Fixed) + Performance-Based Incentives (Apply only if comfortable with this budget)

Key Responsibilities
- Generate recent business opportunities through outbound sales activities and lead generation.
- Conduct a high volume of daily calls to prospective clients, wedding planners, event management companies, corporates, and production houses.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings for the Artistic Director.
- Manage regular follow-ups with prospects and clients to drive conversions and closures.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Update and manage CRM systems and Google Sheets with complete accuracy.
- Prepare business presentations, proposals, quotations, and pitch decks.
- Design and enhance presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva.
- Coordinate with internal creative and production teams for customized proposals and project requirements.
