Key ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
- Act as the primary strategic advisor for assigned accounts.

Strategy & Brand Solutions
- Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to develop innovative concepts.
- Identify opportunities to enhance campaigns and brand experiences.
- Ensure every proposal aligns with client objectives and commercial goals.
Business Development
- Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, pitch presentations, and commercial recommendations.
- Contribute to achieving annual revenue targets.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the client servicing team.
- Allocate resources across projects and ensure smooth collaboration with creative, production, and operations teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support team growth.
Project Management
- Oversee multiple projects from briefing to execution.
- Ensure timelines, budgets, quality standards, and profitability are maintained.
- Proactively manage risks and resolve client or project challenges.
Financial Management
- Own account profitability and project commercials.
- Monitor budgets, estimates, invoicing, and payment collections.
- Ensure projects deliver healthy margins while meeting client expectations.
