Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Deputy Manager Treasury to manage banking relationships, working capital funding, treasury operations, compliance, and financial reporting activities.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in corporate treasury, banking operations, forex management, and financial analysis. Key Responsibilities • Manage working capital tie-ups with banks for existing and newly incorporated companies. • Handle renewal of working capital sanctions, 100% FD-backed limits, and LCBD sanctions. • Coordinate availing of term loans for newly incorporated companies. • Manage security creation, modification, and satisfaction for working capital and term loan facilities. • Handle surrender of working capital loans and completion of charge satisfaction formalities. • Coordinate refinancing of working capital and term loans. • Liaise with banks for treasury operations and day-to-day banking activities. • Coordinate with ASM auditors, internal auditors, and statutory auditors by providing required information and reports.



• Monitor hedging, forex transactions, and risk management activities. • Ensure monthly and quarterly compliance submissions to banks as per RBI guidelines. • Prepare and submit stock statements, UFCE, and due diligence certificates. • Prepare CMA reports and periodic MIS reports. • Handle Letter of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantee (BG) operations. • Coordinate with rating agencies such as CRISIL and CARE for working capital and term loan ratings.

Technical Skills & Competencies • Solid knowledge of banking and treasury operations. • Working knowledge of hedging, forex, and risk management. • Good understanding of RBI guidelines and banking compliance. • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Advanced Excel and PowerPoint. • Knowledge of Power BI. • Working knowledge of SAP.
