About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Programme Management qualified to lead portfolio-scale programmes comprising multiple projects and workstreams within Business Excellence, Business Operations & Transformation. This role is accountable for defining and delivering programme outcomes aligned to strategic priorities, ensuring governance excellence, managing financial performance, overseeing dependencies and risks, and driving measurable business value. The successful candidate will provide senior delivery leadership across the entire programme lifecycle while partnering with stakeholders across business, technology, finance, and operational functions.
What you’ll do
- Define programme outcomes, roadmaps, scope, sequencing, and success measures aligned to strategic priorities, funding requirements, and business value objectives.
- Establish and lead robust programme governance, including Steering Commit
