We are looking for an experienced Institutional Nurse to provide EMT training under the 108 Ambulance Project. The candidate will be responsible for delivering structured training programs, skill development sessions, and academic support to Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs). 30 days of training.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for EMTs.
- Deliver modules on emergency care, BLS, trauma care, and pre-hospital management.
- Provide hands-on skill training and simulation-based teaching. Assess trainees through practical and theory evaluations.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with project and operations team for training schedules.
- Support induction and refresher training programs.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing/MSc. Nursing
- Valid Nursing Registration
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience
- Age Limit - Upto 55
- Training/Teaching experience is mandatory (preferred candidates with institutional teaching background)




- Robust communication and presentation skills

Location Preference

Candidates from Thrissur, Kozhikode, and Trivandrum will be preferred.

Good command over Malayalam and basic English

Basic computer skills – MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools

BSc. Nursing or MSc. Nursing with teaching or training experience

Experience : 1-2 Years

Language Proficiency:

Malayalam (mandatory), English (basic)

Salary : 20,000 - 30,000 per month
