Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building long-term relationships with B2B clients in key markets.



The Business Development Executive will manage existing accounts, coordinate with internal teams on pricing and product offerings, and prepare proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Daily activities include conducting market research, tracking sales pipelines, maintaining accurate CRM records, and following up on inquiries to convert prospects into repeat customers. The role also requires collaborating with leadership to refine growth strategies and contribute to revenue and market expansion goals.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within diamonds, jewelry, or luxury goods, with a solid track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong client relationship management skills, including account development, negotiation, and consultative selling.
