TECHNICAL GROUP HEAD - CLIENT SERVICING – ROLES AND KEY RESPONSBILITIES

1. As a Technical Group Head, you will be responsible to ensure timeliness, accuracy and quality for every deliverable agreed in the letter of engagement for each client, plan and oversee the entire lifecycle of your allocated 12+ client portfolio, including:

I. Strategic Planning: Planning the delivery of Letters of Engagement (LoE) and participating in the implementation of standard practices and Floraison client servicing guidelines.

II. End-to-End Client Lifecycle: Actively participating in recent client entity set-ups, smoothly taking over retainer activities, and providing ongoing high-level consultation for existing clients.

III. Standardization & Compliance: You will ensure the strict implementation of:

a. Accounting software and customized Chart of Accounts (CoA).

b. Comprehensive Compliance, Weekly Accounting, and Payroll Calendars.

c. Monthly Fund Request Statements and timely invoicing as per signed MSAs.

IV. Operational Excellence:



Implementing strict book closure processes and the submission of accurate MIS reports.

V. Corporate Governance: Coordinating with the Company Secretarial team to ensure corporate and regulatory activities (such as Board Meetings and related compliances) are executed as required.

VI. Audit & Tax Strategy: Guiding your team in advance tax preparation and overseeing the "Real-Time" Preventive Audit process. You will review reports and provide the final sign-off, ensuring all tax and audit objectives are met within your group.

VII. The "Best of Both Worlds" for Our Talent: By merging these teams, you will empower our Articles and Accountants to work across both accounting and audit functions. This cross-training will keep the team motivated, reduce under-utilization, and ensure our staff are the most well-rounded professionals in the industry.
