Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive with experience in SaaS/IT software sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to account closure.
The candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, product demonstrations, pricing discussions, and closing deals. Candidates with SaaS, Software or IT Sales, ERP, CRM, EdTech, or software product sales experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to successful account closure.
- Generate and qualify business leads through various channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations for prospective clients.
- Handle client discussions, negotiations, pricing conversations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospects and customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer success.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Must-Have Skills
- Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in B2B sales/business development.
- Strong experience in SaaS/software product sales.
