Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding

Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate positions.

Source candidates through job portals, consultants, social media, and employee referrals.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.

Conduct joining formalities and induction programs.

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee documentation.

Employee Records & Compliance

Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.

Ensure statutory documents are complete and updated.

Manage employee ID cards and biometric registration.

Support HR compliance related to labour laws, Factory Act, and company policies.

Attendance & Leave Management





Monitor daily attendance through biometric systems.

Track absenteeism, late coming, and leave records.

Coordinate with department heads for attendance discrepancies.

Administration Support

Coordinate housekeeping and canteen-related activities.

HR MIS & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.

Maintain recruitment tracker, manpower reports, attrition reports, and joining reports.

Training & Development

Coordinate induction and training programs.

Maintain training attendance and records.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle.

Basic knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF).

Experience with attendance and HRMS software.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to work in a manufacturing/plant workplace.

Preferred Experience

1–2 years of HR experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.
