Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Strategic Partnerships,



you will lead FLP’s expansion into Corporate CSR, Government projects, Universities, School Groups, Foundations, NGOs, and Industry Associations. Your responsibility is to create high-value strategic alliances that enable FLP to scale across hundreds of institutions.
- Roadmap & Execution: Develop and execute FLP’s Strategic Partnership roadmap across South India.
- C-Suite Engagement: Build and nurture deep relationships with CEOs, CSR Heads, Trustees, Vice Chancellors, Government Officials, and Institutional Leaders.
- Representation: Represent FLP at key conferences, industry events, education forums, and policy discussions.
- Deal Closure: Identify, negotiate, and close high-value institutional partnerships and CSR-funded education initiatives.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with internal execution teams to ensure the seamless onboarding and delivery of new alliances.
