Inside Sales Executive – Industrial Products

We are a growing industrial products trading company specializing in industrial lubricants, cutting tools, bandsaw blades, grinding wheels, abrasives, bearings, and engineering consumables. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to build our inside sales function and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and customer referrals.
- Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to convert enquiries into sales orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective industrial customers.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling across the product portfolio.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM/ERP.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports and monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates,



and customer follow-ups.
- Gather market intelligence on customer requirements, competitor activities, and pricing trends.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, customer service, or industrial product sales.
- Experience in industrial products, MRO supplies, engineering consumables, or trading companies is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems.

Key Success Measures: Lead generation, quotation-to-order conversion, current customer acquisition, revenue growth, customer retention, and timely response to enquiries.

Pay: ₹12,248.95 - ₹40,161.57 per month
