About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented finance qualified to join our Business Finance team, supporting the Marketing function. This role will be responsible for driving marketing performance reporting, financial analysis, and MIS,
enabling data-driven decision-making across acquisition and growth channels.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, building insightful dashboards, tracking marketing investments, and partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve marketing efficiency and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Marketing MIS and reporting across online and offline acquisition channels.
- Prepare and publish periodic business performance reports with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Track marketing budgets against actual spends and highlight key variances.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for critical marketing metrics such as:
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Lifetime Value (LTV)
- Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI)
- Channel-wise performance
- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and cost optimization levers.
