AVP Sales - 10+ Years - Maharashtra

We are hiring an AVP Sales for a fastgrowing, venturebacked clean energy organization. The role will lead regional sales strategy, scale highperforming teams, and drive revenue growth across the consumer/residential segment in Maharashtra. This is a senior leadership opportunity with high ownership, close collaboration with leadership, and the chance to build a categorydefining business.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and drive regional sales strategy and revenue growth, owning targets across the consumer/residential segment

2. Build, manage, and scale highperforming sales teams, ensuring strong execution and productivity

3. Develop current business opportunities while expanding and maximizing existing accounts

4. Own pricing, proposals, negotiations, and act as the escalation point for key client issues

5.



Work closely with senior leadership on forecasting, target setting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.

Requirements:

1. 10+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, revenue growth, and business development roles

2. Proven track record of building, managing, and scaling highperforming sales teams

3. Strong expertise in strategic selling, negotiations, pricing, and largeaccount management

4. Highly analytical and datadriven, with the ability to drive decisions using insights and metrics

5. MBA from a TierI institute (IIMs, ISB, or equivalent) preferred; exposure to highgrowth/startup environments is a plus
