Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Oracle DBA with 3+ years of experience in Oracle Database Administration. Should have hands-on experience in database installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup recovery, and database monitoring. The candidate should also have a positive understanding of database security and high availability.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Oracle databases.
- Monitor database health, performance, and availability.
- Perform database backup and recovery using RMAN.
- Troubleshoot database issues and optimize performance.
- Manage database users, roles, and security.
- Apply database patches and perform version upgrades.
- Monitor database storage, tablespaces, and capacity.
- Work closely with application and infrastructure teams to resolve database-related issues.
- Ensure database availability, reliability, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Prepare and maintain database documentation.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA.




- Strong experience with Oracle Database 11g/12c/19c.
- Hands-on experience with RMAN Backup Recovery.
- Knowledge of Oracle RAC and Data Guard.
- Experience in Performance Tuning and query optimization.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with database patching, upgrades, and migrations.
- Good understanding of database security and user management.
- Experience working on Linux/Unix environments.
- Knowledge of shell scripting is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Oracle Database Certification is a plus.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
