An established, large-format retail and B2B supply business in Siliguri — serving the hospitality trade across North Bengal, Sikkim and the Northeast, with a growing online store — is looking for one person to own its entire digital presence across Google, Facebook, Instagram and ecommerce.

Two things make this role: the ability to run paid ad campaigns that bring in real leads, and the ability to use AI tools like an expert to produce sharp creative and copy fast. You need both. Full access to Canva Pro, ChatGPT, Gemini and Grok. You report directly to the business owner.

What You Will Own

● Paid Ads: Plan, build, run and optimise Meta and Google campaigns end-to-end — objective, audience, budget, creative, daily optimisation against cost-per-lead and ROAS.

● AI-Powered Creative & Copy: Use ChatGPT, Gemini and Grok to script reels, write ads and captions, and ideate campaigns — writing sharp, detailed prompts and refining the output into brand-ready work, never pasting it raw.

● Content & Design: Turn product photos into scroll-stopping posts, reels and short-form video in Canva.



Keep a consistent posting schedule.

● Lead Generation: Generate qualified B2B enquiries and pass clean leads to the sales team.

● Tracking & Reporting: Read GA4 and Meta/Google reporting. Bring the owner straightforward weekly numbers — spend, leads, cost per lead, what to scale, what to kill.

● Engagement: Respond to comments and messages, and grow the community.

Must Have (non-negotiable)

● Expert use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok) — you write clear, detailed, multi-step prompts and can turn raw AI output into polished, on-brand creative and copy. This is tested at interview.

● Hands-on experience running Meta Ads AND Google Ads — not boosted posts. You understand campaign structure, audiences and optimisation.

● Working knowledge of core metrics — CPL, CTR, CPM, ROAS, AOV, conversion rate — and what to do when they move.
