You will play a key role in configuring, supporting, and continuously improving workforce management applications while ensuring reliable, sustainable, and business-focused outcomes.

Key Responsibilities




- Serve as a functional and technical expert for workforce scheduling, time management, and HR technology platforms
- Configure, maintain, and optimize workforce management and scheduling systems to support evolving business needs
- Provide day-to-day operational support by troubleshooting system issues, resolving defects, and ensuring platform stability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, gather requirements, and recommend technology-driven solutions
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, system configurations, and integration requirements
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and system capabilities to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
- Lead and support system enhancement initiatives through discovery, planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and implementation
