Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Brand Manager role based in Gurugram. The Brand Manager will oversee brand strategy, positioning, and messaging across all consumer touchpoints, ensuring consistency and alignment with LET'S TRY’s values. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media and digital presence, coordinating packaging and design updates, and working closely with sales and product teams to support launches and promotions.



The role involves analyzing market trends and consumer insights, monitoring brand performance metrics, and recommending data-driven improvements. The Brand Manager will also collaborate with external agencies and partners to enhance brand visibility and drive growth in key markets.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or product marketing within FMCG or consumer goods.
- Strong skills in market research, consumer insight analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform brand decisions.
- Ability to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, design, and operations) to deliver cohesive brand initiatives.
- Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools to track brand performance and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
