The Human Resources Executive will partner with Regional People Experience Partner to support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, engagement initiatives, and People operations across assigned retail stores. The role ensures effective people management and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Partner with the Regional People Experience Partner on manpower planning and employee issues.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and retention programs.
- Ensure compliance with People policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain People records, attendance, and People reports.
- Monitor key People metrics such as attrition, hiring, and absenteeism.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree; MBA in HR preferred.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Retail HR, HR Generalist, or HRBP roles.
- Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Valuable communication, stakeholder management, and MS Excel skills.
Preferred Industry:
Retail, Fashion, FMCG, QSR, Electronics, or Consumer Goods.
