G M Fabrics is hiring "Export Sales Managers" to drive international business growth for our Home Furnishings division in US and UK markets.

Base work location: Marol, Andheri(E)

Job Role:
- Identify and develop new international buyers and business opportunities across key export markets namely US, UK, Europe and other international markets.
- Build long-term relationships with importers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and buying houses.
- Generate current business through market research, networking, international exhibitions, and customer visits.
- Work closely with the Design, Product Development, and Merchandising teams to develop collections based on market trends and customer requirements.
- Coordinate sample development, costing, and product presentations for buyers.
- Supervise sample development and ensure timely dispatch along with competitive pricing.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to maximize repeat business.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service.




- Follow up with customers for new orders, repeat orders, and business expansion opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely production and shipment execution.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, product analysis, customer feedback, and market developments.
- Share actionable market insights with management for strategic planning.
- Travel internationally to meet buyers, develop new business opportunities, and participate in trade fairs and exhibitions.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly to maintain long-term relationships.

Education, Experience and Skillsets:
- Textile Graduate with an MBA in Marketing, International Business, or a related discipline.
- 6–15 years of experience in International Marketing, Export Sales, or Business Development within the Home Furnishings industry.
