Natural Fertility Intensive (NFI) is looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Psychologist to join our team full-time. If you're passionate about helping people improve their emotional well-being and are eager to grow in the field of fertility and reproductive mental health, we'd love to hear from you.

About Us

Natural Fertility Intensive (NFI) is a holistic fertility coaching program that supports couples through nutrition, lifestyle changes, yoga, stress management, emotional healing, and personalized guidance to improve their fertility naturally.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online one-on-one counselling sessions with clients.
- Provide emotional support to couples dealing with fertility-related stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges.
- Assist clients in building healthy coping strategies and emotional resilience.
- Maintain counselling notes and ensure client confidentiality.




- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with coaches and other wellness professionals.
- Follow up with clients as assigned.
- Assist in creating basic mental wellness resources and activities when required.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, or Applied Psychology).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Up to 1 year of counselling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable conducting online sessions.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work full-time in a remote environment.
