Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate Manager– Power and Fuel (Tower Operations) to manage daily delivery operations, reconciliation, stock and purchase monitoring, client billing, dashboards, and tracker sharing, customer escalations for Telecom Tower Operations. The candidate should ensure timely deliveries, optimize routes, and improve operational efficiency.

Key

Allocation and management of Diesel Fuel through team in clusters

Daily Purchase v/s Sale reconciliation

Over see general sourcing and distribution of the diesel to sites

Training and Coordinating with cluster AOMs of Fuelbuddy

Reconciliation of Diesel and Client Billing by visiting Client Office.

Sending and maintain Daily Stock Reports and Purchase and Sale reports

Preparing Reports and Dashboards to present in Office meetings

Daily Passive Telecom Operations





Analysis of Data obtained from client portals and Fuelbuddy Driver portal and maintain cross reference dashboards and reports

Electrical Maintenance of Passive Infra eg DG, PIU, Batteyr Banks SMPS etc

Ensuring On Time Delivery and 100% compliance to SOPs

Handling of operational customer escalations

Monitor delivery KPIs and improve productivity.

Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in Telecom Tower Operations preferred
- Experience in route planning, driver management, and escalation handling and MIS and Dashboard maintenance.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
- Team Management
