Vyana Care is a healthcare organization providing physiotherapy and home care services. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and document submission.
- Assist in employee onboarding and maintain employee records.
- Draft emails, WhatsApp messages, and HR-related communications.
- Update and maintain HR databases and Excel sheets.
- Support attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration,
or a related field.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
