About the Role:

A leading global workplace solutions and office furniture brand is looking for a BDM for their Pune region. This is a pure hunting role for a B2B sales professional who can independently own large, complex deals. Reports to Sr. Regional Market Manager / Business Head.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver annual revenue through new account acquisition and strategic account expansion.
- Lead the full sales cycle - prospecting, discovery, solution development, negotiation, and closure.
- Conduct workplace diagnostics and needs assessments using a consultative selling approach.
- Influence C-Suite and senior stakeholders (CHRO, CFO, COO, Head of Real Estate) on workspace transformation ROI.
- Track commercial real estate activity and fit-out projects in Pune to identify opportunities ahead of competition.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and dealer networks to embed early in project cycles.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and account data on CRM.
- Build and manage a self-generated pipeline (minimum 3x coverage) across enterprise and mid-market clients in IT/ITeS,



BFSI, manufacturing, pharma, and qualified services.

Requirements:
- 5 to 9 years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of closing large, complex deals independently.
- Prior experience in office furniture, commercial interiors, workplace solutions, or architecture/design products strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve individual targets of USD 10 million +
- CXO-level stakeholder engagement experience.
- MBA preferred, not mandatory.
