- Drive B2B sales and strategic partnerships across universities, colleges, and institutes in your designated region or zone.
- Own and deliver quarterly sales and revenue targets as defined by the leadership team.
- Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and long-term relationship building with higher education institutions.
- Proactively conduct market research, identify opportunities, and open current channels to strengthen our footprint.
- Generate and manage leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and direct engagements — targeting 100+ institutes/50,000+ students per quarter.
- Lead and manage regional sales teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and delivering high-performance outcomes.
- Represent Offee at key forums, industry events, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand visibility.
