We are looking for an experienced IT Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of multiple client-facing IT projects. You will work closely with the Project Managnt team, technical/engineering teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on scope, on schedule, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination/project management, with proven exposure to managing or supporting multiple concurrent technical projects across different clients. This role requires strong coordination, client communication, project tracking, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in creating project proposals, defining objectives, scope, deliverables, and high-level timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, breaking projects into explicit, actionable tasks with defined timelines and ownership.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent IT projects across different clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal engineering teams,



third-party vendors, and external resources throughout the project lifecycle including requirements gathering, scoping, implementation/development, QA, and go-live.
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements, scope, objectives, dependencies, and changing business needs.
- Assign and track tasks across internal teams, manage schedules, and closely monitor project progress and milestones.
- Track changes to project scope, schedule, dependencies, and cost, and proactively flag deviations or potential delays.
- Identify project risks, issues, and opportunities and work with the Project Manager on mitigation, resolution, and escalation.
- Conduct or support daily/weekly project and stakeholder calls and communicate project status across clients, engineers, vendors, and management.
