Key Responsibilities
- Plant Engineering: Manage mechanical systems, utilities, and equipment at the client site.
- Project Execution: Lead installation, commissioning, and modification projects.
- Maintenance Oversight: Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of critical machinery.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere to statutory requirements, Factory Act, and client-specific safety standards.
- Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Handle procurement, vendor negotiations, and contractor supervision.
- Client Liaison: Act as Sigachi’s representative at the client site, ensuring smooth communication and reporting.
- Team Leadership: Guide junior engineers and technicians, ensuring skill development and performance.

Qualifications




- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (M.E./M.Tech preferred).
- 12–14 years of experience in plant engineering, maintenance, and project management.
- Strong expertise in rotating equipment, static equipment, piping, and utilities.
- Knowledge of labour laws, Factory Act compliance, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ERP systems, and MS Office.
