Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete sales cycle for EPAT and Quantra, from qualification to closure, taking full ownership of assigned leads with disciplined follow-up and nurturing
- Understand a prospect's career goals, technical background, and market knowledge to conduct consultative, technically credible conversations covering the right learning path, curriculum depth, and career outcomes
- Build trust and handle objections rooted in real market or career experience (career switch risk, ROI versus a CFA or FRM, opportunity cost) by speaking the prospect's language, whether markets, coding, or quant concepts
- Represent QuantInsti at market-related webinars, meetups, and events
- Stay current on algo trading, quant finance, and fintech trends

What We're Looking For
- Experience in BFSI, FinTech, stock broking, wealth management, or financial sales is strongly preferred; EdTech sales experience with strong domain fluency also considered
- Techno-commercial mindset: comfortable discussing trading strategies, markets, programming basics,



or quant methods alongside a standard sales conversation. A background in finance, engineering, or a quantitative field is a plus, even without direct trading experience
- Proven track record in consultative sales and end-to-end deal closure, ideally with high-ticket or high-consideration products
- Genuine interest in financial markets, trading, or technology, since it builds credibility with prospects
- Add on: prior exposure to financial certifications (CFA, FRM, NISM)
- Should be positive with AI Adoption
- Experinece Range - 5 to 7 years
