We’re growing our Salesforce practice and looking for someone at the beginning of their Salesforce journey who is curious, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to work on real enterprise systems.
This is a great opportunity for someone with less than one year of experience who wants to build a strong foundation in Salesforce by working on a live, complex enterprise environment not just training projects or isolated development tasks.
You’ll work alongside a Senior Architect, Engagement Manager, Platform Advisor, and experienced Salesforce professionals, supporting a live engagement.
This is not a role where you simply wait for stories to be handed down through a lead. You’ll be encouraged to understand the bigger picture, investigate issues, ask questions, and gradually take ownership of real Salesforce work.
How does your day look like:
You may be involved in:
? Understanding existing configurations and customizations
? Learning and working with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Triggers
? Supporting troubleshooting of Salesforce and REST API integrations
? Assisting with data management, migrations, and data quality activities
? Supporting test classes and quality assurance
? Participating in sandbox management and deployment processes
? Investigating issues and understanding the root cause behind a ticket
? Supporting technical remediation and improvements under the guidance of senior team members
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
You don’t need to know everything. We’re looking for someone with the right foundation and mindset.
✅ 06Months –1 year of Salesforce hands-on experience
✅ Basic understanding of Salesforce development and configuration
✅ Familiarity with Salesforce objects, relationships, and data concepts
✅ Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, Flows, or Lightning Web Components
✅ Robust attention to detail - small things can have a big impact in Salesforce
✅ Structured and organized
