We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our skincare and beauty product business across online marketplaces and the company website. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, inventory coordination, promotional campaigns, marketplace operations, and sales performance analysis. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho and other e-commerce platforms. Create, update and optimise product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing and product specifications. Ensure skincare product information, ingredients, usage instructions, advantages and claims are accurately mentioned. Monitor marketplace orders, returns, cancellations, refunds and customer complaints. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer service and accounts teams for timely order fulfilment. Maintain inventory levels and avoid stock-outs or excess inventory. Plan and execute marketplace promotions, discount campaigns, coupons and festive sales.



Monitor pricing, competitor products, ratings, reviews and market trends. Manage website product catalogue, banners, offers and promotional content. Track daily, weekly and monthly sales performance. Prepare reports on revenue, conversion rate, advertising spend, return rate and product-wise sales. Coordinate with the digital marketing team for sponsored advertisements and performance campaigns. Resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, account health issues and marketplace-related concerns. Maintain product data, SKU records, inventory reports and sales MIS. Support new product launches and ensure timely listing across all platforms. Required Skills Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub or other marketplace portals.
