• Good knowledge of accounting terms and purchase processes
- Familiarity with Tally and ERP software
- Knowledge of other ERP software will be an added advantage
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of GST / taxation
- Understanding of Input Tax Credit (ITC) & TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)
- Knowledge of Purchase Order (PO) processing and Goods Received Note (GRN) processing
- Knowledge of ledger reconciliation, Debit Note, and Credit Note processes
Preferred candidate profile
• Graduate B. Com or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Working knowledge of Tally and ERP is a mandatory
