- Oversee daily plant operations and extrusion lines to ensure smooth production schedules and target output.
- Maintain strict standards for uPVC/PVC profiles, doors, and products, minimizing material waste and defects.
- Manage shop-floor operators, technicians, and labor shifts to optimize machine uptime and workforce efficiency.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure proper equipment care alongside the technical team.
- Monitor raw material consumption, maintain accurate daily production logs, and coordinate with the dispatch team for timely orders.
- Enforce industrial safety standards, workplace cleanliness, and safe material handling across the factory floor.

What We Are Looking For




- 2 years of experience in production supervision or shop-floor management, specifically within plastic extrusion, uPVC/PVC profiles, or pipe manufacturing.
- Diploma or degree in mechanical or polymer engineering, CIPET, or equivalent technical qualification.
- Solid understanding of extrusion machinery, die-setting, and quality testing standards.
- Proven leadership and manpower management skills to handle factory workers effectively.
- Candidate residing in or comfortably reachable from Redhills, Chennai.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
