About the role: As a WFA product analyst, key role is to be on top of HCM product roadmap, explore new features and present to our business stakeholders. Validate our business requirements, confirm the feasibility and provide best solution. Required Skills (Must Have) along with necessary Industry Experience Skills Required 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. Have Techno Functional expertise knowledge in Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Talent and Performance Management). Extensive knowledge in Hire to Retire business process, Performance and Talent review Management. Excellent Communication skills.
Experience in problem-solving skills and stakeholder management. Have strong cooperative mindset. Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations. Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities: As a consultant, work on feasibility checks, POCs and enabling solutions via CHRs & Projects Resolve technical / config issues Work with vendors towards the issue resolution, ideas and new release features. Perform testing & follow processes for Release Upgrades & Deployments Participate in Agile Scrum calls to provide updates Learn, understand & assess release content document for upgrade Document the solutions and prepare process flow diagrams
