As they continue to expand their retail footprint, they are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially driven Retail Merchandiser to ensure their boutiques are impeccably merchandised with the right assortment, inventory, and replenishment strategy to deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Category Merchandising
- Develop seasonal merchandise plans by category, sub-category, price point, silhouette, and occasion.
- Define optimal product mix across apparel, accessories, bridal, occasion wear, pret, couture, or other relevant categories.




- Analyze category performance and identify opportunities for assortment enhancement.
- Collaborate with Design and Product Development teams during range planning to ensure collections align with market trends, customer preferences, and commercial objectives.
- Recommend depth and breadth of assortment by channel and store cluster.
- Monitor category-wise sell-through, margins, and inventory productivity.

2. Buying & Order Management
- Consolidate seasonal buying requirements across EBOs, MBOs, and online channels.
- Raise purchase orders based on approved buying plans and forecasts.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, and Manufacturing teams to ensure timely order placement and execution.
- Track production status, delivery schedules, and inbound merchandise.
- Monitor order fulfillment, shortages, delays, and cancellations, taking corrective action where required.
