- Full-cycle recruiting for IT roles — from "we need a DevOps engineer yesterday" to signed offer letter
- Sourcing like a pro: job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean magic, referrals, cold outreach — whatever it takes
- Screening candidates fast and accurately, so hiring managers only see the best of the best
- Building a bench of ready-to-go talent for the roles that keep coming back
- Owning your numbers — submittals, interviews, offers, closures — and beating them




- Staying ahead of tech hiring trends so you always know where to find the next great candidate

What You Bring
- 3-5 years crushing it in
IT recruitment
(staffing world experience? Even better)
- A track record of hitting targets — not just talking about it
- Real fluency in tech — you know your DevOps from your data engineers, your React from your Rust
